This is not a book to be read and enjoyed, alas. Rather it is like a big diary - a distillation of our main family, work and community events drawn from my records over a 15-year period. My previous publications covered my first 30 years before coming to Australia then my next 28 years after arriving here and my working life in the Water Industry.

This volume covers the period from 2001-2015, during which time our children left home and our three grandchildren were born. I have tried to leaven the story with photos, but these were scarce, alas, until we began ‘snapping’ with our ever-present mobile phones in about 2014.

Life certainly became much more fun once the first of our three grandchildren was born in 2012!
